Am I what you are looking for

Woman taking a close selfie with a horse.

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially when the difficulties you're facing involve relationships, intimacy and sex.

No two people arrive with exactly the same story, and so rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I endeavor to understand you, your relationships, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Together, we develop a deeper understanding of what's happening and find practical, evidence informed ways to create meaningful change.

My aim is to offer an online space where you feel able to talk openly, without judgement or embarrassment. Therapy should be a place where difficult conversations become possible, where complex experiences make sense, and where change feels both realistic and lasting.

Sex and Intimacy Therapy

Sex and Intimacy therapy is a specialised form of talking therapy that helps people understand and overcome the psychological, emotional and relational factors specifically affecting their sexual wellbeing

I fully appreciate that talking about sex can be difficult. For many people, it's something they've never spoken about openly before.

I fully appreciate that talking about sex can be difficult. For many people, it's something they've never spoken about openly before. You may be carrying feelings of embarrassment, shame or uncertainty, or worry about how your concerns will be received.

My priority is to provide a confidential, professional and non-judgemental space where these conversations can take place safely. Whatever has brought you to therapy, you will be met with curiosity, compassion and respect.

About Justine

Where I come from

Family Influence

Long before I trained as a therapist, I was fascinated by people. The stories we tell ourselves, the roles we occupy within families, and the experiences that quietly shape who we become.

My family life was full of different personalities, perspectives and expectations. Living in a large family gave me a unique insight into family systems and group dynamics and  taught me that no two people experience the same family in quite the same way.

Having a parent whose work was widely recognised brought its own perspective. Alongside warmth, humour and opportunity came expectations and an awareness that public perception rarely tells the whole story. It taught me that every individual and every family has private experiences that deserve to be understood with compassion rather than assumption.

The Equine Influence

Horses have been a constant throughout my life and remain one of my greatest influences. Before I trained as a therapist, I was fascinated by animal behaviour and the ways in which trust, safety and relationships are communicated without words.

My background in Equine Science, combined with years spent working with horses, taught me to pay close attention to behaviour. As prey animals, horses rely almost entirely on non-verbal communication, responding to subtle changes in body language, emotion and intention. That experience sharpened my ability to observe what often goes unsaid.

It also sparked a lifelong interest in animal behaviour and the recognition that humans, like all social mammals, communicate through far more than language alone. Much of what we express is conveyed through our nervous system, our behaviour and our relationships with others.

This perspective continues to shape the therapist I am today. It reminds me that behaviour is meaningful, curiosity is more valuable than judgement, and understanding begins by paying attention
